The Kitchen only collects personally identifiable information about individuals, such as name, email address and payment card when it is voluntarily provided. For example, you may be asked to provide your personal information in the following circumstances:
when you provide us with comments regarding a Kitchen restaurant, our Sites, or other aspects of The Kitchen;
when you register for our mailing lists or as a user of online or mobile products or services we offer, or to register for promotions or offers conducted through our Sites or mobile campaigns;
to transmit payment information for online or mobile orders;
to submit job inquiries and job applications;
to submit other information to any of our Sites or through any of our mobile campaigns; and
to access complimentary WIFI in our restaurants.

If you do not want us to use your contact information to promote our restaurants, you can opt out by sending us an email stating your request to email@example.com . If you have received a promotional email from us, you can also opt out of receiving future promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such email.
Our Sites are not intended for children under the age of 13. If we find out that we have collected information from or about a child under 13, we will immediately delete it.
Third Party Sites
Visiting Our Services from Outside the United States
The Kitchen is based in the United States. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United States. By using the Sites, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different information protection laws than those in the country where you reside.
